Healthier Thai Sweet Chili Sauce-Reduced Calories and Salt
Reduced calorie and salt Thai sweet chili sauce is a better way to do this popular sauce. I eat out too much which costs more and is the reason I still have that annoying bit of belly fat that shows up in photos. You can see it here, when I forget for a second you can see when I didn't have time to prep healthier food and ate fast food in my belly.
My wife and I were both talking about making sure we are paying attention to every single food choice we make like we are working on an important piece of art. When I used to work at LA Fitness as a Personal Trainer the recording on the PA always repeated, "What Get's Measured Gets Improved". I actually agree that mindfulness is something that we cultivate and build; it doesn't just happen naturally.
My Sweet Chili Recipe
This recipe is very easy and you may already have most of the ingredients at home. The only two that aren't so common are the Thai style garlic chili paste. If you find a low sodium vinegar would go with that.
Also, you might not have the granulated stevia. It is a great ingredient to have around because it is made from a sweet herb. It doesn't take as much to equal the sweetness of sugar either so a little goes further. We put it in our coffee every morning. I didn't use much and I liked it but my wife thought the vinegar was too overpowering. Add more using your judgment if you like a sweeter sauce.

Hi,
Is the recipe calling for 2 or 20 tbsp of vinegar? Also, can i sub the stevia with sugar for similar results?

I don't see why you couldn't make those changes. It's so subjective. Let me know how it turns out. Sorry for the late reply. 🙂
