I have been a certified personal trainer through the Cooper Institute of aerobics research since 1997. I have been passionate about healthy eating and exercise ever since I was born as my dad raised me in an active lifestyle as a former award-winning bodybuilder. I personally adhere to the American College of Sports Medicine general recommendations for exercise which include 3 - 5 times a week of cardiovascular exercise being at least 20 to 30 minutes in duration + 3 - 5 times a week of weight bearing exercise / resistance exercise also at least 20 to 30 minutes in duration.
