Thai Sweet Chili Tilapia
Thai Sweet Chili Tilapia is a good, lean protein dish that is super easy to make. You can make it with just a few ingredients if you want, or you can do our reduced calorie sweet chili sauce and make it healthier. For the easy version, you will just buy some premade Thai sweet chili sauce which has more calories and sugar.
The easy way entails just buying a bottle of Thai sweet chili sauce. It's got a little spice in it but really maybe only a 1 out of 5, very little really. If you need to see what it looks like store bought Thai sweet chili sauce, here is a link. To make a reduced calorie version, you can simply follow our recipe which only takes a few more ingredients. It saves you unnecessary sugar and sodium which are too high in most of our diets anyway.
