This jackfruit smoothie is an easy way to enjoy the health benefits of jackfruit with protein for your muscles.
- Protein powder with a neutral flavor in the amount calculated based on your weight. Go for a the higher end of the spectrum if you are a heavy lifter.
- 1-2 cups of peeled jackfruit depending on how thick you like it 1 used a cup and a half.
- 1½ cup aloe juice or whatever juice you prefer.
- Any other supplements you choose.
- 1 cup ice
- Simply combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with a piece of jackfruit to impress.
