Grilled Turmeric Chicken Tenders- Protein with an all natural anti-inflammatory
Grilled turmeric chicken tenders are one of the best of forms of protein. Turmeric is one of the best anti-inflammatory ingredients available. This recipe was a no-brainer now that we have a new grill at home. If you love to grill you have to try this.
Turmeric as an anti-inflammatory
I'm a licensed physical therapy assistant. As such I am always searching for ways to better help my patient's. As such I follow these two quirky physical therapists. Bob and Brad were wise enough to start their own YouTube Channel. I am trying to not miss the boat they are on by blogging more regularly. These therapists actually compare turmeric to commercially available anti-inflammatory drugs. The pharmacist did say it takes large doses to get an effect but every little bit helps.
Check out this video they did where they talk about it. They are fun as heck. Did you know turmeric is what gives mustard it's yellow color? Turmeric is a commonly used spice in Asia and my wife uses it a lot.
