Thai Grilled Squid (ปลาหมึกย่างซอสหอยนางรม)
Thai Grilled squid is a substantial source of protein with very little fat. Grilled squid cut down on the cholesterol and fat by grilling it. Squid on its own has quite a bit of cholesterol so if you have high blood pressure and afro sclerosis you may want to avoid this food.
The typical Thai way to prepare grilled squid is to first cover it in oyster sauce and then grill it until slightly browned. Slice it up and then serve with a Thai chili sauce.
It's amazing how far one squid can go, in the image is pictured only one squid.
Serve with a Thai chili sauce.
