Chopped Kale Salad With Sriracha Olive Oil Dressing

I am a Southeast Asian woman, and I can’t tolerate bland food.  Thai food is a flavorful food.  It has to have spicy, sweet, salty, and sour in it.  Since I’m not a salad type of person, then I have to come up with something to make me enjoy the “salad” meal.  I looked up the dressing on the internet and brainstorm myself for my dressing version, and that’s how I have fun with my cooking.
This sriracha olive oil vinaigrette dressing recipe only takes minutes to complete and adds the zesty spicy Thai kick to any recipe you add it to.   As always we do our best to make our recipes healthier.  If you have any special, fact dependent diet restrictions follow up with your doctor or dietitian if you are unsure this recipe meets your needs.  Also do us the favor of commenting if you have ideas to further improve our recipes.

My Sriracha olive oil salad dressing has the following ingredients.

     Ingredients:

    • ½ cup of distilled white vinegar
    • ½ cup of olive oil
    • 4 tablespoon Truvia brown sugar
    • 2 tablespoon olive oil butter
    • 1 ½ Sriracha chili sauce
    • 1 teaspoon of salt
    • Sesame seeds, optional topping

    Instructions:

    1.  Melt the butter
    2. Combine the butter with all the other ingredients in a bowl and stir
    3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top

The dressing is sweet, spicy, and tangy as I like, and if I like my salad dressing it means my husband will love it. I made it for this particular salad below but it will work for most any salad or as a bread dipping sauce.
