Panang Curry (ผัดแพนงแบบไม่ใส่กะทิ)
Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts Lean
- 2 Medium Onion
- 2 Tablespoons of Panang Curry Paste
- 1 Tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Stevia
- 4-5 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Lemon or lime leaves optional to add flavor
- If you want coconut milk add one can
Directions:
- Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces
- Finely chop the 2 onions
- Stir Fry the curry paste in olive oil for just a few seconds
- (If you want coconut milk add it now)
- Add the chicken meat to the pot and stir fry until the color changes
- Add onion and lemon or lime leaves and stir fry until the chicken is fully cooked
Enjoy Panang Curry Chicken with brown rice and or steamed vegetables as the healthiest options.
