    Turkey Fried Rice (ข้าวผัดไก่งวง)

    Turkey Fried Rice

    Ingredients:

    - 1 bag of chopped baby carrots

    -3 whole eggs or 4-6 egg whites

    - 4 chopped jalapenos or Thai peppers

    - chopped yellow onion

    - chopped garlic

    - about 1.5 lbs sliced turkey

    -about 10-15 cups cooked brown rice

    - ½ cup olive oil

    - a pinch stevia

    - 2 tablespoons fish sauce

    - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

    -2 tablespoons seasoning soy sauce

     

    Directions:

    • 1.  Chop the carrots
    • 2.  Seed and Chop the Peppers, Use whatever type pepper you like or have
    • 3.  Chop 1 medium onion
    • 4.  Slice the turkey tenderloin
    • 5.  Turn the range to high and heat with enough olive oil to keep the vegetables from burning
    • 6.  Next, Add the veggies to the skillet and stir until cooked adding peppers to taste.  Taste
      the mix to make sure it's not too spicy and adjust as needed
    • 7.  Add the sauce mixture
    • 8.  Put the vegetable on a plate
    • 9.  Scramble 3 large eggs or 4 egg whites and place in a bowl
    • 10.  Clean the skillet, reheat with oil, saute the garlic, and add turkey slices, stir fried until the turkey is cooked
    • 11.  Add the cooked brown rice and stir fry until the rice is hot and then add the sauce
    • 12.  Next add the vegetables, mix and eggs and mix and season more to taste and you're done!!
