Thai Tiger's Cry Roast Beef Sandwich (แซนวิชเนื้อย่าง)
My wife said this is the best recipe I've ever done and we ate it several days in a row. The first thing you do is make the leanest roast beef possible. Here's how I did that Tiger Cry Roast Round Eye.
The rest is super easy, just a sandwich with some kind of 100% whole grain bread, sriracha mayo, use my healthy version. I like pepper-jack cheese to add a 3rd layer of spicy to the mix. 🙂 I then used some soy butter and my George Forman grill which I really enjoy for sandwiches as it closes it all together so it doesn't fall apart. I used a Thai basil grill spray for the grill to keep everything from sticking to the George.
We also add the regulars to our sandwiches including;
- Pickles
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoe
- Onion
- Spinich
- Jalepenos
Let me know if yours turns out as crazy delicious as ours did and how you customized it.
For the side I took some regular hummus and just mixed it with sriracha, mix to preferred level of spiciness, to complement the spicy flavor of the sandwich. I always try to choose whole grain crackers to go with it and I won't use any brand names but you get the idea. I put the blog entry of the sriracha mayo below for ease of use.
