Thai Peanut and Indian Curry Fusion
I asked my buddy how he made this and the below is what he texted me so you can be creative with your interpretation.
Ingredients:
- Fried onions in oil
- I package of 4 lean chicken breast or equivalent protein
- 40% 1 medium bottle of Thai peanut sauce
- I can of sliced tomatoes or fresh sliced tomatoes
- Indian curry and spices of your choice
Directions:
- Add oil and onions and cook on high until the onions are transparent.
- Add the other ingredients and cook for 20 minutes.
- Turn down the heat to medium and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- Turn to low heat and serve with whole grain rice, roti or tortillas.
