Peel mango skin, then cut the mango meat into thin slices.
Place mango into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.
Set the air-fryer on 120F on "Dehydrate" for 10 hours. Check the mango after 10 hours. you can dehydrate the mango for longer than 10 hours depending on how dry you want the mango to be.
