Stir fried ginger is a typical dish you can find in the market or schools, colleges, hospitals cafeteria in Thailand.  It's been quite some time since I've have this dish. I miss it; I miss the savory flavor and the fragrant from ginger and it is super easy to make just like the other stir fried recipes.
