Copycat Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites are a way I found to get a good dose of protein with more spice and without the cost.  The Egg White and Red Pepper ones are the ones I have bought before but the cost is so high.  They also don't fill me up so I figured this is one I could modify to my taste and budget.
