3Cupskabocha squash
1GallonWater
2tbsp.Stevia Or a quarter cup Sugar
Instructions
Bring a gallon of water to a boil in a large pot.
Add the squash and lower the heat to medium high.
Cook for approximately 15 minutes, not allowing to get too mushy, unless you like mushy.
Add sweetener if you like and serve hot or cold and save back the rest to drink when you want it.
