Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Chicken Wings Unseasoned, Separated already
  • 4 oz Curry paste You choose the type, approximately 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon Canola Oil

Instructions

  • Separate the chicken wings into normal 1-2 inch sections if they don't come that way.
  • In a bowl, cover the wings evenly with oil, I used my hands.
  • In the same bowl, cover the wings, evenly with curry paste, again, I used my hands.
  • Place the wings, evenly spaced in the air-fryer basket.
  • Turn on the air-fryer and set to air-fry for 18 minutes, hitting the start button, depending on your unit, it will be different for each model. Check after 18 minutes and use your thermometer to make sure it is at least 160 degrees internally for safety. Cooking longer if need be.
  • Check on your wings and shake at least half way through, and separate and turn with tongs to make sure they are evenly cooked.
  • Make sure they are cooked to at least 160 degrees with a food thermometer and do it in more than one batch if nessesary, depending on the size of your air-fryer basket.
