Equipment

  • 1 Wok or skilet

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast finely chopped
  • 4 cups Broccoli
  • ½ cup Carrots chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoon Canola Oil Or whatever you prefer
  • 2 tablespoon Golden Mountain Seasoning Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients and have them ready to quickly add to the wok.
  • Heat the wok or skillet.
  • Add the oil.
  • Add the garlic and saute, squishing down into the oil a little, until golden brown.
  • Add in the chopped chicken and cook until cooked through.
  • Add in the rest of the vegetables and cook through.
  • Add in the sauces and taste.
