Ingredients

Broccoli crowns

Instructions
Heat the oil in the wok on high heat
Once the oil is hot, add chopped fresh garlic. Stir-fry until it turns yellow-golden color.
Add cut broccoli, then season with oyster sauce and soy sauce
Stir-fry all the ingredients together on high heat for 5 minutes or more / less. Depends on how crunchy or soft of the broccoli you prefer.
