Ingredients

  • 1 pound Crawfish Or whatever you prefer

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green curry paste Or whatever you prefer
  • 1 ½ cups Light coconut milk
  • 1 tsp. Stevia
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 cup Broccoflower or any vegetable really

Garnish

  • ½ cup Thai basil or cilantro will work

Instructions

Green Curry Sauce

  • Heat oil on medium-high heat.
  • Stir-fry green curry paste until fragrant.
  • Add in the coconut milk and water and bring to a boil.
  • Add in the crawfish tails and cook through
  • Add in the vegetables
  • Serve hot, with seasoning sauces and garnish
