Ingredientes

  • 2 Grapefruit Large
  • 8 ounces crab meat Fresh if possible
  • 8 Thai peppers Chopped
  • ½ cup Green onions Sliced
  • ½ cup Mint Leaves Whole
  • 2 Shallots Thin Sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumber Persian if possible or small/baby cucumbers
  • 3 tablespoon Fish sauce Low sodium if possible or substitute something healthier like liquid aminos
  • 4 tablespoon Lime Juice

  • First, prepare all the sliced ingredients and pull apart the grapefruit.
