Corta el br\u00f3coli en tama\u00f1o de bocado, yo no uso s\u00f3lo los floretes, sino que tambi\u00e9n uso el tallo. He cortado la parte del tallo, m\u00e1s peque\u00f1a y fina en comparaci\u00f3n con los ramilletes para que se cocinen por igual al mismo tiempo. Luego el ajo, para ser honesto, soy de los que cocinan a la antigua usanza a veces, por lo que no soy un fan\u00e1tico del ajo machacado en una botella. Me encanta pelar y machacar mis ajos frescos. S\u00e9 que a veces puede ser engorroso hacer todo el trabajo, pero me encanta el hecho de que el ajo fresco da el aroma y potencia el sabor de la comida. Por \u00faltimo, pero no por ello menos importante, condimentar\u00e1 este plato con dos sencillos condimentos asi\u00e1ticos que son la salsa de ostras y la salsa de soja.  <\/p>\n\n<p>**** S\u00d3LO SE PUEDE CONDIMENTAR EL PLATO CON SALSA DE SOJA Y EVITAR LA SALSA DE OSTRAS PARA QUE ESTA GUARNICI\u00d3N SEA UN PLATO VEGETARIANO. ****<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vamos a wokarlo<\/h2>\n\n<p>Para hacer esta receta, necesitar\u00e1s un wok (la sart\u00e9n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 bien) y una esp\u00e1tula. Empecemos por cortar el br\u00f3coli a tama\u00f1o de bocado y aplastar el ajo en trocitos. A continuaci\u00f3n, calentar el wok a fuego alto y a\u00f1adir aceite de canola. Una vez que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1adir el ajo machacado. Cuando el ajo adquiera un color amarillo-dorado, a\u00f1ada el br\u00f3coli, la salsa de ostras y la salsa de soja.
