S\u00f3lo se habla entre nosotros y se nos pregunta qu\u00e9 nos apetece poner o comer. B\u00e1sicamente, se necesita una gran olla de caldo, y puede ser de verduras, pollo, o cerdo, o marisco. (Esta vez utilizamos caldo de cerdo. Mis mejores opciones de caldo son de cerdo o de pollo). Lo siguiente es la prote\u00edna, no importa si es carne roja o blanca, cerdo, ternera, pollo o marisco.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Cualquier cosa que se le antoje a la prote\u00edna es perfectamente una buena opci\u00f3n para esta receta. Entonces, necesitamos algunos carbohidratos, la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s popular de fideos son los fideos de vidrio. Sin embargo, puedes utilizar fideos vermicelli o ramen (tambi\u00e9n son buenos). Por \u00faltimo, pero no menos importante, est\u00e1n las verduras. Todo tipo de hojas verdes y setas est\u00e1n muy bien con el Hot Pot.<\/p>\n\n<p>Elegimos col napa, espinacas de agua, apio chino, bok choy, daikon (r\u00e1bano blanco) y setas enokitake.
