Llegu\u00e9 a casa y me com\u00ed el resto, que eran tres raciones.&nbsp;  Por supuesto, entr\u00e9 en un coma alimentario y no llegu\u00e9 al gimnasio.&nbsp;  Por eso los espa\u00f1oles inventaron las tapas, yo recomendar\u00eda tener un plan para que no te pase esto, lol.&nbsp;  O tienes m\u00e1s fuerza de voluntad que yo o tienes suficiente gente para que se acabe antes de que puedas ir a por integrales como norma general.&nbsp;  Si quieres ir a por todas, en cuanto a ingredientes integrales, tendr\u00e1s que hacer tu propia pasta de curry rojo y salsa de chile dulce.&nbsp;  Puedes optar por lo simple o por lo m\u00e1s limpio posible.&nbsp;  Honestamente, fuimos simples en este caso, pero aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n nuestras recetas para una salsa de chile dulce m\u00e1s saludable y una pasta de curry rojo m\u00e1s saludable.&nbsp;  Debo a\u00f1adir que la receta tendr\u00e1 sabores m\u00e1s frescos cuando uno mismo hace los ingredientes.&nbsp;  Eso es lo que ocurre siempre con los
