Empec\u00e9 a pensar en ir al pub y luego me di cuenta de que ser\u00eda un plato perfecto de fusi\u00f3n con curry verde. El pastel de pastor se hac\u00eda tradicionalmente con carne de cordero. En esta versi\u00f3n tailandesa del pastel de pastor he utilizado una pechuga de pavo sin grasa al 97% para que sea m\u00e1s saludable. Tambi\u00e9n lo hice m\u00e1s saludable a\u00f1adiendo un poco de coliflor al t\u00edpico pur\u00e9 de patatas. Apenas se puede saborear en ese nivel de calor suave, 1 de 5. Puede utilizar 3, 4 o 5 cucharadas de pasta de curry verde si prefiere un poco m\u00e1s de picante. Creo que si lo vuelvo a hacer, la pr\u00f3xima vez har\u00e9 m\u00e1s. Sin embargo, para las papilas gustativas americanas creo que menos est\u00e1 bien.
