 Sigo diciendo que puedes omitirlo y sustituirlo por una cantidad igual de zumo de lima, vinagre, aceite de oliva o algo similar.&nbsp; &nbsp;  Se podr\u00eda argumentar que el salm\u00f3n ahumado se procesa cuando se ahuma y ser\u00eda un argumento justo, pero es un procesamiento muy m\u00ednimo.&nbsp;
