Hoy tengo una receta de salteado sin esfuerzo para compartir con todos. Esta receta es apta para veganos y la llamo \"Brotes de soja de tofu salteados\" (\u00a1tan sencillo!). Se trata de un plato tailand\u00e9s no elegante que quiz\u00e1 no se vea en un restaurante de servicio completo. Sin embargo, es muy t\u00edpico encontrarlo en cualquier mercado local de alimentos de Tailandia. Puedes usar pollo, cerdo, carne de res, camarones, calamares, vieiras, sin embargo, \u00a1yo elijo el tofu! \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el tofu? El tofu es una buena fuente de prote\u00edna de soja\/planta. El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/nutrition\/what-is-tofu#nutrition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tofu<\/a> es un producto de la leche de soja condensada. Si buscas un plato ligero que no te haga sentir pesado y culpable despu\u00e9s de la comida, \u00a1esta receta es tu opci\u00f3n!<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a1Sencillo de hacer y a la vez delicioso!<\/h3>\n<p>Esta receta es muy sencilla. Para hacer este plato, se necesita un wok o una sart\u00e9n grande y una esp\u00e1tula o cuchara de cocina. Son imprescindibles para cualquier receta salteada. La receta s\u00f3lo requiere 6-7 ingredientes, que se pueden encontrar en la mayor\u00eda de las tiendas de comestibles occidentales. \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los ingredientes? Por supuesto, empieza con brotes de soja, tofu, ajo fresco, cebollas verdes, aceite de canola, salsa de soja, chile tailand\u00e9s (opcional), puedes sustituir el chile tailand\u00e9s por jalape\u00f1o. Elijo el chile rojo tailand\u00e9s porque, en primer lugar, me gusta la comida picante y, en segundo lugar, le da color al plato.
