Es una receta s\u00faper sencilla que puedes hacer con ingredientes integrales y mantenerla tan simple como quieras. Tambi\u00e9n se puede hacer con pechuga de pollo como hicieron en el restaurante aunque tradicionalmente es un plato de cerdo. Utilic\u00e9 el jugo de pepinillos para marinar el pollo picado durante un tiempo y fue dinamita. Sin embargo, lo mejor de la receta es lo sencilla que puede ser. Le ped\u00ed a la camarera de Ploy que me dijera c\u00f3mo lo hac\u00edan y se ri\u00f3 y dijo que no pod\u00eda, pero afirm\u00f3 que en realidad son s\u00f3lo 4 ingredientes. Sin embargo, se puede decir que fueron a por m\u00e1s que eso. Puedes guardarlo cuando lo separes y volver a echarlo despu\u00e9s de cocinar la carne. Creo que la ensalada ten\u00eda mejor aspecto cuanto m\u00e1s hurgaba en ella. Siempre se puede adornar como se quiera y marinar el pollo de esa manera tambi\u00e9n. Yo he utilizado tres pechugas de pollo y las he picado simplemente cort\u00e1ndolas con un cuchillo de cocina. Utilic\u00e9 una lechuga bostoniana para que fuera m\u00e1s densa en nutrientes y no hab\u00eda cebollas moradas as\u00ed que utilic\u00e9 lo que pude encontrar que eran cebollas blancas cortadas en
