quer\u00eda un bistec.  &nbsp;  Me encanta la combinaci\u00f3n de pimientos tailandeses y lima y he encontrado un adobo para que funcione.  &nbsp;Utilic\u00e9 la misma t\u00e9cnica que se utiliza para el bistec de falda se usa com\u00fanmente para asar al estilo fajita, no estoy seguro del ojo redondo pero no s\u00e9 por qu\u00e9 no.  &nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n puedes usar falda, cuadril o lo que quieras si te preocupa menos la grasa.  &nbsp;Los cortes m\u00e1s magros ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s duros, por lo que querr\u00e1 cocinarlos m\u00e1s poco hechos si los elige.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>La la marinada tambi\u00e9n utilic\u00e9 ingredientes m\u00e1s saludables como siempre, si tienes alguna sugerencia, me encantar\u00eda escucharla.  &nbsp;Como es habitual en el marinado, se puede pasar
