Es algo que deber\u00edamos (debemos) consumir cada d\u00eda o comida. Pero a veces comer lo mismo una y otra vez resulta trillado y aburrido. Los otros d\u00edas hice la salsa dulce de leche de coco para acompa\u00f1ar <a href=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/grilled-bananas-with-sweet-coconut-milk-dipping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">una receta de pl\u00e1tanos a la parrilla<\/a>. Nos ha sobrado algo de la salsa. As\u00ed que mi marido decide calentarla y cortar algunas de las manzanas verdes. Acompa\u00f1a esas manzanas verdes con la salsa para mojar en lugar de mantequilla de cacahuete como sol\u00edamos hacer. \u00a1\u00a1Voil\u00e0, tenemos una nueva receta para nuestras meriendas!!<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n de la salsa para mojar<\/h3>\n<p>Es muy f\u00e1cil hacer esta receta. S\u00f3lo necesitas 4 ingredientes que incluyen crema de coco (sin az\u00facar), Stevia, mantequilla de aceite de oliva, mantequilla o una alternativa de mantequilla saludable y sal. Hierve todos estos ingredientes en una cacerola durante 15 minutos a fuego medio-bajo y remu\u00e9velo, \u00a1para que no se queme el fondo!<\/p>\n<p>Esta salsa para mojar me recuerda a una salsa de caramelo como la que se come en las manzanas de caramelo. La gran diferencia entre estas dos ser\u00eda que la salsa dulce de leche de coco utiliza la crema de coco, y la salsa de caramelo utiliza la crema espesa. Para ser honesto, ambos ingredientes tienen m\u00e1s o menos los mismos gramos de grasa (1 cucharada de crema de coco tiene 3 gramos de grasa y la crema de leche tiene 2,9 gramos de grasa). La diferencia entre estos dos es que la crema de coco no contiene colesterol, pero la crema espesa contiene 10 mg de colesterol por 1 cucharada.<\/p>\n<p>Menos mal que la idea de mi marido de reutilizar la salsa, ahora tengo otra receta que puedo compartir con mis amigos.
