fideos de calabac\u00edn salteados, Zoodles, son una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja en carbohidratos para tu dosis de fideos.&nbsp;  Me encantan los fideos salteados m\u00e1s que casi cualquier otro plato de estilo tailand\u00e9s.&nbsp;  El problema es que todos los carbohidratos est\u00e1n empujando mis niveles de HDL y LDL m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los l\u00edmites normales en mis an\u00e1lisis anuales.&nbsp;  La invenci\u00f3n de los zoodles es una posible soluci\u00f3n para esto.&nbsp;  No soy un tipo Paleo ni Atkins ni nada por el estilo, mi m\u00e9dico simplemente me recomend\u00f3 bajar encontrado con los zoodles es que se cocinan de forma diferente y tienen diferentes puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles.&nbsp;  Lo que me gusta de ellos es que tienen un peque\u00f1o crujido, cuando se hacen bien.&nbsp;  A\u00f1ade una dimensi\u00f3n clara.&nbsp;  Tambi\u00e9n puede a\u00f1adir m\u00e1s color a su plato con ellos, ya que la calabaza viene en diferentes colores.<\/p>\n<p>La desventaja, como con todas las cosas m\u00e1s sanas, es que el sabor no me pareci\u00f3 tan satisfactorio antes de a\u00f1adir algunas salsas.&nbsp;  Yo utilic\u00e9 una salsa de amino\u00e1cidos de coco que le dio un sabor maravilloso, pero la calabaza es la calabaza de otra manera, as\u00ed que puede que quieras tener tus salsas preparadas.&nbsp;  Los amino\u00e1cidos de coco son estupendos
