La comida al vapor o hervida puede tener menos calor\u00edas, pero perder\u00e1 la nutrici\u00f3n de los alimentos. Es m\u00e1s probable que los alimentos salteados y horneados tengan m\u00e1s o iguales calor\u00edas que la sopa, pero no te llenar\u00e1n con la misma cantidad de calor\u00edas que \u00e9sta.<\/p>\n<p>La sopa de fideos de jengibre soba es una receta muy f\u00e1cil de preparar para todos los miembros de la familia (literalmente todos).
