arroz integral al vapor, t\u00edpico en la cocina tailandesa.&nbsp;  Pero, aguanta&nbsp; ese pensamiento, mi creativo marido lanza la idea de usar ramen de arroz integral que ambos disfrutamos.&nbsp;  As\u00ed es como funciona en este hogar.&nbsp;  Mi marido es un cerebro y yo soy un cuerpo que hace que la idea suceda (\u00a1creo!).<\/p>\n<h3>Vamos a hacer el Pollo al Jengibre Salteado con Arroz Integral Ramen<\/h3>\n<p>Os prometo que este plato es una de las recetas m\u00e1s f\u00e1ciles que he publicado para vosotros.&nbsp;  S\u00f3lo requiere 9 ingredientes sencillos de&nbsp;.&nbsp;  Quiz\u00e1 se pregunte d\u00f3nde puede encontrar el ramen de arroz integral.&nbsp;  Investigu\u00e9 un poco y encontr\u00e9 que Whole Foods y Costco tienen este tipo de fideos, pero yo pido los noreferrer\">ramen de arroz integral ecol\u00f3gico de Explorer Cuisine<\/a>.&nbsp;  Una cosa que me entusiasma de este ramen de arroz integral no es que sea un fideo org\u00e1nico, sino que utilizan el arroz integral de grano entero del agricultor del norte de Tailandia con su foto en el paquete de fideos.&nbsp;  Mi pa\u00eds sigue marcando tendencias.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfQu\u00e9 necesitamos para este plato?<\/h3>\n<p>Los 9 ingredientes son pechugas de pollo, cebolla dulce, jalape\u00f1o sin semillas, tiras de jengibre fresco, ajo picado, ramen de arroz integral, salsa de soja y salsa de ostras.&nbsp;  Puedes empezar cocinando los fideos de arroz integral seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete.&nbsp;  Luego corta las pechugas de pollo, la cebolla dulce en rodajas finas, el
