Hicimos alrededor de 3-4 porciones de la misma por lo que s\u00f3lo se multiplican x 3 o 4 para estar seguro y usted debe tener suficiente para sumergirse. El pescado es probablemente la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable, aunque la pechuga de pollo tiene m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas por onza que casi todo. Siempre se puede modificar la marinada tambi\u00e9n, pero esta receta es tan sencilla que realmente no hay mucho m\u00e1s que rehabilitar en esta receta.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e9cnica de asado<\/h2>\n<p>No creo que la parrilla sea mi fuerte, as\u00ed que traje refuerzos que tienen m\u00e1s experiencia en esto. Mis vecinos tienen experiencia tanto en fotograf\u00eda como en blogs y tambi\u00e9n saben asar. Fue una forma divertida de conocer a mis vecinos y tambi\u00e9n de aprender algunas cosas durante la cena. Para ello, empezamos cubriendo la parrilla con papel de aluminio por higiene y calentamos la parrilla de gas a fuego alto. Mi vecina me explic\u00f3 que as\u00ed se sella el exterior del pollo para que los jugos queden atrapados en el interior, lo que significa que estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s jugoso. Despu\u00e9s de conseguir que el exterior se cocine lo baj\u00e9 a fuego medio-bajo y cocin\u00e9 durante otros 30 minutos m\u00e1s o menos. Puedes usar un term\u00f3metro interno, por supuesto, para ver que la temperatura interna alcanza los 165 grados F si quieres estar seguro.<\/p>\n<div style=\"display: none;\">\n<div
