Hoy tengo una receta muy f\u00e1cil y ligera para compartir con todos. La carne de cerdo es una de mis opciones de prote\u00ednas favoritas, especialmente las chuletas de cerdo. Las chuletas de cerdo son uno de los cortes m\u00e1s magros del cerdo. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pork.org\/cooking\/nutrition\/compare\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Seg\u00fan el USDA<\/a>, la chuleta de cerdo es m\u00e1s magra que un muslo de pollo sin piel.<\/p>\n<p>Cocinar no deber\u00eda ser una molestia; deber\u00eda ser algo sencillo que te guste y disfrutes haciendo cada d\u00eda (\u00a1porque comemos todos los d\u00edas!). As\u00ed que decid\u00ed hacer algo sin esfuerzo. Horne\u00e9 las chuletas de cerdo e hice mi aderezo tailand\u00e9s favorito para acompa\u00f1arlas. Luego, lo mezcl\u00e9 todo con una ensalada mixta que prepar\u00e9.  <em>\u00a1Hagamos la ensalada!<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Ingredientes de la ensalada:<\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 libra de chuleta de cerdo<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lechuga iceberg cortada al tama\u00f1o de un bocado<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla roja en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li>1 zanahoria rallada<\/li>\n<li>0,5 oz de hojas de menta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><em>Ingredientes del aderezo:<\/em><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 chiles frescos de ojo de p\u00e1jaro (chile tailand\u00e9s) picados<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc de taza de zumo de lima fresco<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de salsa de pescado<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc de cucharadita de estevia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instrucciones:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Hornee las chuletas de cerdo a 400 F grados hasta que la temperatura de la carne alcance los 145-150 F grados. Mis chuletas de cerdo son un poco m\u00e1s gruesas que 1 pulgada, y tarda unos 30 minutos. B\u00e1sicamente, el tiempo de horneado podr\u00eda ser ligeramente diferente dependiendo del grosor de las chuletas de cerdo.<\/li>\n<li>Corta la lechuga, rebana la cebolla roja, desmenuza la zanahoria y saca las hojas de menta de los tallos mientras esperas las chuletas de cerdo<\/li>\n<li>Pica el chile ojo de p\u00e1jaro en trozos peque\u00f1os, exprime el zumo de lima y ponlo en un bol. Luego se mezclan con salsa de pescado y Stevia.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar las chuletas de cerdo en el tama\u00f1o de un bocado y dejar que se enfr\u00ede.<\/li>\n<li>Poner la ensalada mixta, la chuleta de cerdo en rodajas y el aderezo en un bol grande para mezclar. Aporta el sabor y la fragancia que hacen que la ensalada sea mucho m\u00e1s sabrosa. Tambi\u00e9n me gusta dejar que la ensalada repose en el ali\u00f1o en un recipiente durante 5-10 minutos antes de servirla.
