Deje salir la presi\u00f3n hasta que la v\u00e1lvula flotante baje.<\/li><li>Sacar la pechuga de pollo y desmenuzar el pollo en trozos con los tenedores. Vuelve a echar la carne de pollo a la olla con el calabac\u00edn en espiral y el zumo de lima. Remover todo junto y dejar reposar durante 8 minutos antes de servir.<\/li><li>Adornar con cilantro si se utiliza.
