Cambi\u00e9 varios de los ingredientes por ingredientes tailandeses y est\u00e1 realmente delicioso. Uno de mis amigos de Facebook public\u00f3 una hermosa y deliciosa receta de salm\u00f3n italiano llamada <a href=\"https:\/\/cafedelites.com\/creamy-garlic-butter-tuscan-salmon\/\">salm\u00f3n toscano cremoso<\/a>. He puesto mucha salsa porque es mi parte favorita, as\u00ed que esto es menos pescado y m\u00e1s salsa. Sustitu\u00ed las espinacas por albahaca tailandesa, a\u00f1ad\u00ed Sambal que es un buen complemento para el color rojo. Se puede utilizar aceite de canola que es m\u00e1s t\u00edpico de la comida tailandesa pero nosotros utilizamos aceite de oliva ya que es el rey de los aceites saludables en mi opini\u00f3n. Tambi\u00e9n opt\u00e9 por el pescado m\u00e1s gen\u00e9rico del t\u00edtulo en lugar del salm\u00f3n y lo prob\u00e9 con bagre, salm\u00f3n con piel y salm\u00f3n sin piel. Creo que el salm\u00f3n con piel era mi favorito. Se puede utilizar pr\u00e1cticamente cualquier tipo de pescado.<\/p>\n<p>He eliminado la sal y tambi\u00e9n he utilizado una mantequilla de aceite de oliva para una opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable que la mantequilla normal. Tambi\u00e9n he omitido el almid\u00f3n de ma\u00edz porque no es necesario.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"547\" class=\"wp-image-13429\" src=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Creamy-Tuscan-Thai-Fusion-Fish-Ingredients-1024x547.jpg\" alt=\"Fusi\u00f3n tailandesa, mantequilla de ajo cremosa, pescado toscano\" srcset=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Creamy-Tuscan-Thai-Fusion-Fish-Ingredients-1024x547.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Creamy-Tuscan-Thai-Fusion-Fish-Ingredients-1028x549.jpg 1028w, https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/Creamy-Tuscan-Thai-Fusion-Fish-Ingredients-768x410.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 o 5 filetes de pescado, preferiblemente algo magro y malo pero no tan escamoso que se deshaga.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de aceite monoinsaturado como el de canola o el de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>6 tazas de ajo picado, yo compro el picado ya hecho y funciona bien.<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla peque\u00f1a picada.<\/li>\n<li>\u2153 de taza de vino blanco seco.<\/li>\n<li>5 onzas de tomates secos de bote escurridos.<\/li>\n<li>1 lata de leche de coco light<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>3 tazas de hojas de albahaca tailandesa<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd taza de queso parmesano rallado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de cilantro picado *opcional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instrucciones:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Caliente el aceite a fuego medio-alto en un wok o sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Sazona el pescado con la pimienta por ambos lados y d\u00f3ralo durante un m\u00e1ximo de 5 minutos con cuidado de no quemarlo.<\/li>\n<li>Reservar el pescado una vez cocido en un plato. Hay que tener cuidado de no romperlo al sacarlo dependiendo de lo finos que sean los filetes.
