Estoy muy orgullosa de esta receta porque surgi\u00f3 de la creatividad pura y del conocimiento de los sabores de Tailandia.<\/p>\n<h2>Sobre Thai Okra<\/h2>\n<p>La okra tailandesa es algo que se puede encontrar en los mercados asi\u00e1ticos de vez en cuando, pero que apenas se ve en los restaurantes. Es posible que la veas llamada okra china por error, pero cuando miras la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Luffa_acutangula\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e1gina de Wikipedia de la okra<\/a> china es claramente diferente.<\/p>\n<h3>Beneficios nutricionales<\/h3>\n<p>Tiene un alto contenido en fibra y me recuerda m\u00e1s a un pepino una vez que lo has pelado. Tambi\u00e9n tiene pocas calor\u00edas pero aporta mucha sustancia. El alto contenido de fibra es bueno para mantener las cosas en movimiento en su tracto gastrointestinal tambi\u00e9n. Va muy bien en un guiso y tiene la consistencia de un tomate una vez cocido. Absorbe los sabores y da estructura al guiso.<\/p>\n<h2>Una aventura a trav\u00e9s de ingredientes m\u00e1s ex\u00f3ticos<\/h2>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es divertido crear algo delicioso con ingredientes que nunca han probado. Se lo servimos a nuestro vecino despu\u00e9s de dar un paseo en bicicleta juntos y le encant\u00f3. Nos mand\u00f3 un mensaje despu\u00e9s de enviarlo a casa diciendo que estaba delicioso. Le cont\u00e9 lo que era y ampli\u00e9 sus horizontes. Compartir\u00e9 este post con \u00e9l para que vea c\u00f3mo hacerla y espero que d\u00e9 la talla como para que t\u00fa tambi\u00e9n la compartas si la pruebas. Creo que esta receta podr\u00eda convertirse en una parte permanente del men\u00fa de los restaurantes tailandeses y permitirnos dejar una huella en el futuro. Si te gusta, \u00a1\u00a1\u00a1envi\u00e9moslo al mundo!!!<\/p>\n<p>Esto es lo que se nos ocurri\u00f3.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3,5 libras. Quingomb\u00f3 tailand\u00e9s, pelado y cortado en forma de media luna o cuarto de luna<\/li>\n<li>12 oz. tofu prensado o extra firme o cualquier otra prote\u00edna, cortada en trozos peque\u00f1os, del tama\u00f1o de un bocado<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates grandes en rodajas ( 12 0z.)<\/li>\n<li>1 oz. galanga, pelada y cortada en rodajas<\/li>\n<li>8 ajos frescos<\/li>\n<li>8 - 10 chiles secos de ojo de p\u00e1jaro (chile tailand\u00e9s)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de agua<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o canola<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de salsa de soja<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cucharadita de estevia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Instrucciones:<\/em><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>En primer lugar, hay que hacer una pasta picante para el guiso que incluye una galanga, ajo fresco, chile de ojo de p\u00e1jaro, sal y agua. Mezclar todos estos ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, pon la estufa a fuego alto y a\u00f1ade 2 cucharadas de aceite en una olla, espera hasta que el aceite est\u00e9 caliente. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada el tofu y coc\u00ednelo hasta que cada lado adquiera un color amarillo dorado y res\u00e9rvelo.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir otras 2 cucharadas de aceite en la misma olla. Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente, a\u00f1ada la pasta picante y salt\u00e9ela durante un minuto.<\/li>\n<li>Ponga la okra tailandesa y un chorrito de agua, aproximadamente \u00bc de taza y cocine la okra durante 5 minutos.<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ada los tomates, la Stevia, la salsa de soja y el tofu y coc\u00ednelo todo a fuego fuerte durante otros 5 minutos. Despu\u00e9s de eso, baja el fuego a medio y deja que el guiso se asiente en el fuego durante otros 5 minutos.
