d\u00f3lares<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Las vieiras son una de las recetas que llevaba tiempo queriendo hacer pero que no me atrev\u00eda a hacer porque son muy caras.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Ayer encontr\u00e9 una bolsa de vieiras en Aldi por menos de 5 d\u00f3lares.&nbsp;  No me pagan por hacer esto, s\u00f3lo quer\u00eda compartir algo bueno.&nbsp;  Mis amigos saben que soy un taca\u00f1o en muchos aspectos.&nbsp;  Las personas que no gastan dinero se divorcian un 50% menos que la media de las parejas, as\u00ed que hay mucho de bueno en esto.<\/p>\n<h2>Valor nutricional de las vieiras<\/h2>\n<p>Las vieiras son ricas en prote\u00ednas y bajas en grasa.&nbsp;  Cada porci\u00f3n tiene 20 gramos de prote\u00edna, lo que las convierte en una gran opci\u00f3n para las personas que hacen ejercicio y tienen una mayor demanda de prote\u00ednas.&nbsp;  Como la mayor\u00eda de los mariscos, tienen un alto contenido de colesterol, por lo que si le preocupa eso, tal vez quiera evitarlo.&nbsp;  Algunas personas tambi\u00e9n se desaniman por el hecho de que son alimentadores de filtro, por lo que tambi\u00e9n hay preocupaciones v\u00e1lidas al respecto.&nbsp;&nbsp;  El lado positivo es que los alimentadores
