Salte\u00f3 la receta y qued\u00f3 una salsa s\u00f3lo con los l\u00edquidos que sal\u00edan de los ingredientes al cocinarse. Compramos un caldo de pollo org\u00e1nico\/bajo en sodio por si acaso, pero creemos que todav\u00eda llevar\u00eda el sodio m\u00e1s alto de lo necesario.<\/p>\n<p>Aparte de eso, hicimos las cosas habituales que hacemos, como ir a por una salsa de soja m\u00e1s baja en sodio, salsa de pescado, todo lo que puedas encontrar. Adem\u00e1s, siempre se utiliza un aceite mejor, como el de canola o el de oliva, aunque los tailandeses casi nunca utilizan aceite de oliva.
