Uno de los platos deliciosos de los que nunca nos cansamos es el curry rojo tailand\u00e9s. Ha habido veces que he cocinado curry rojo dos veces en una semana. Cuando cocino comida, a menudo la hago en porciones enormes que bastar\u00edan para las sobras. (Las sobras de curry tailand\u00e9s son las mejores, los ingredientes se marinan un poco m\u00e1s, haci\u00e9ndolos m\u00e1s sabrosos).<\/p>\n<p>Esta noche, quer\u00eda hacer una cena f\u00e1cil, y pens\u00e9 en el curry rojo. As\u00ed que creo que voy a tener las verduras s\u00faper verdes como ingrediente principal para nuestro curry rojo y ver c\u00f3mo sale.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es lo que se me ocurri\u00f3 para una forma ultra deliciosa de obtener sus s\u00faper verduras.<\/p>\n<h2><em>Ingredientes:<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><em>- 4 tazas de col rizada picada<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 2 tazas de hojas de albahaca tailandesa<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 1 lb. pechuga de pollo en rodajas<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 2 cucharadas de pasta de curry rojo<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 2 latas de leche de coco light (400 ml.\/cada una)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 2 \u00bd tazas de agua<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- 2 cucharadas de salsa de pescado<\/em><br \/>\n<em>- \u00bd cucharadita de estevia<\/em><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_13215\" style=\"width: 397px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13215\" class=\"wp-image-5833\" title=\"Receta de col roja al curry  \" src=\"https:\/\/healthythairecipes.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Kale-Chicken-Curry-in-a-Wok-min.jpg\" alt=\"Receta de col roja al curry  \" width=\"387\" height=\"622\"><p id=\"caption-attachment-13215\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Receta de col roja al curry<\/p><\/div>\n<h2><em>Instrucci\u00f3n:<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Si ya has cocinado alg\u00fan tipo de curry tailand\u00e9s, esta receta te resultar\u00e1 muy f\u00e1cil. La forma de cocinar este pollo al curry con col rizada es la misma que la del curry rojo normal, pero si no lo has hecho nunca, aqu\u00ed te lo explico.<\/p>\n<p>1. Caliente el aceite de canola o de oliva en un wok o en una olla a fuego alto y a\u00f1ada la pasta de curry rojo. Saltee la pasta hasta que pueda oler el aroma del curry. Este proceso no deber\u00eda ser demasiado largo. A m\u00ed me suele llevar menos de un minuto.<br \/>\n2. A\u00f1adir la primera lata de leche de coco light y remover la pasta de curry para que se disuelva con la leche de coco. Cocinar hasta que est\u00e9 hirviendo.<br \/>\n3. A\u00f1adir el pollo cortado en rodajas al curry y cocinar el pollo hasta que deje de estar rosado.<br \/>\n4. A\u00f1ade otra lata de leche de coco y agua, y sigue con la col rizada picada. Cocinar hasta que el curry est\u00e9 hirviendo y la col rizada est\u00e9 cocida.<br \/>\n5. A\u00f1ade la salsa de pescado, la Stevia y las hojas de albahaca tailandesa y m\u00e9zclalo todo con el curry. Apaga la estufa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Puedes servir el curry con arroz integral al vapor como la forma t\u00edpica que tenemos en la cultura tailandesa o puedes disfrutarlo como una sopa con trozos de pan integral como la forma que prefiere mi marido.<\/p>\n<h2><em>\u00a1Col rizada al curry! \u00bfEs Ah! o Meh!?<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Definitivamente se merece un AH!!!!. Tanto en sabor como en nutrici\u00f3n. La col rizada no pierde su sabor. Puede que no est\u00e9 crujiente como cuando est\u00e1 fresca y cruda, pero seguro que no est\u00e1 empapada como cuando cocinas espinacas, berenjenas o calabacines. Seguramente habr\u00e1s o\u00eddo que la mejor manera de comer col rizada es cruda, porque as\u00ed se obtienen todos los nutrientes. La mayor\u00eda de las personas orientadas a la dieta no recomiendan la col rizada cocida porque se pierden muchos de sus nutrientes por el calor mientras se cocina.
