El curry verde de Pei Wei tiene un sabor a jengibre que no es algo t\u00edpico del curry verde tailand\u00e9s original. Como mujer tailandesa, lo primero que me ofendi\u00f3 fue eso. Pero despu\u00e9s de tomar uno o dos de los bocados creo que tiene una combinaci\u00f3n muy interesante, y me ha gustado.<\/p>\n<p>Tomamos fotos del curry de Pei Wei para ver qu\u00e9 ingredientes le ponen. Fui a la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peiwei.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p\u00e1gina web de Pei We<\/a> i para ver el detalle del plato y trat\u00e9 de hacerlo lo m\u00e1s parecido al original (estilo Pei Wei.) Mi versi\u00f3n no ten\u00eda un fuerte sabor a jengibre como la de Pei Wei, pero no es un fracaso. Aun as\u00ed, nos encant\u00f3 el curry que hice y acabamos comi\u00e9ndolo al final de esa noche. Si quieres, puedes a\u00f1adir un poco m\u00e1s de jengibre para acercarte un poco m\u00e1s a lo que hicimos nosotros. El caldo de curry estaba en su punto. Las jud\u00edas verdes estaban crujientes y sabrosas. Las espinacas absorbieron el caldo de curry y le dieron un sabor maravilloso.<\/p>\n<p>En general, estamos contentos con \u00e9l.
