Mientras escribo esto es 1 de enero, d\u00eda de A\u00f1o Nuevo. Mis pacientes de salud domiciliaria me han recordado que debo comer mi col y mis guisantes de ojo negro. Fui a comprar un repollo antes de que se agotara y me puse a pensar un poco con mi mujer antes de que se le ocurriera esta receta r\u00e1pida. Esta es una receta que puedes hacer muy f\u00e1cil y r\u00e1pidamente pero que se comer\u00e1. Puedes utilizar fideos integrales en lugar de fideos de huevo. Tambi\u00e9n puede utilizar una salsa con menos az\u00facar. Lo f\u00e1cil siempre es bueno.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes<\/h3>\n<p>- 2 paquetes de fideos de huevo secos<br \/>\n- \u00bd coles<br \/>\n- 16 oz. tofu de pescado<br \/>\n- 5 dientes de ajo picados<br \/>\n- 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n- 2 cucharaditas de salsa de soja<br \/>\n- 4-5 cucharadas de salsa cantonesa Suki<\/p>\n<h3>Instrucci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>1. Remojar los fideos de huevo secos en agua fr\u00eda durante 10 minutos y escurrir el agua.<br \/>\n2. Calentar el aceite de oliva en un wok a fuego alto y a\u00f1adir el ajo picado al wok.<br \/>\n3. A\u00f1adir las coles al wok cuando el ajo adquiera un color dorado.<br \/>\n4. A\u00f1adir 1 cucharadita de salsa de soja y saltear hasta que las coles se vuelvan ligeramente transparentes.<br \/>\n5. A\u00f1adir los fideos de huevo y el tofu de pescado y seguir con otra cucharadita de salsa de soja y salsa Suki cantonesa.<br \/>\n6. Saltear hasta que los fideos de huevo est\u00e9n blandos.<\/p>\n<h2>Que lo disfrutes.
