 Me inspir\u00e9 un poco en la receta de Jo Cooks Spicy New Orleans Shrimp, pero la modifiqu\u00e9 bastante para adaptarla a nuestros gustos y darle un toque m\u00e1s tailand\u00e9s.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  Esta es definitivamente una de mis recetas de cocina de prueba, que fue un \u00e9xito.&nbsp;  Lo recomiendo para una cita nocturna porque tambi\u00e9n tiene clase.  &nbsp;  Termin\u00e9 la salsa con un poco de pan, utiliz\u00e1ndola como salsa para mojar.&nbsp;  Puedes saborear las gambas en la salsa despu\u00e9s de que est\u00e9 todo hecho y s\u00f3lo mejora despu\u00e9s de reposar en la nevera un poco.<\/p>\n<p>Tiene un alto contenido en prote\u00ednas y cuando lo comes sobre un arroz integral est\u00e1 lleno de prote\u00ednas y carbohidratos complejos.&nbsp;  Hice las t\u00edpicas adaptaciones como utilizar un aceite monoinsaturado como el de oliva o el de canola.&nbsp;  Hay un poco de grasa saturada en la leche de coco lite, pero usar una versi\u00f3n lite ayuda con eso.&nbsp;  Tambi\u00e9n hay algo de colesterol en las gambas, lo que tiende a elevar el LDL, pero tambi\u00e9n eleva bastante el HDL, el colesterol bueno, seg\u00fan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/shrimp-cholesterol-and-heart-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">este art\u00edculo<\/a>.&nbsp;  La grasa saturada de la leche de coco tambi\u00e9n ha mezclado la investigaci\u00f3n de manera similar mostrando que parte de la grasa puede no terminar en tantos&nbsp;niveles negativos de grasa como una vez se pens\u00f3 de acuerdo con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbcgoodfood.com\/howto\/guide\/ingredient-focus-coconut-milk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">este art\u00edculo<\/a>.&nbsp;  H\u00e1game saber su opini\u00f3n en la secci\u00f3n de comentarios.<\/p>\n<h3>Cuidado con el picante<\/h3>\n<p>Si no modifica en absoluto esta receta, querr\u00e1 servirla sobre arroz a menos que tenga una tolerancia muy alta al picante.&nbsp;  Para modificarlo para que sea menos picante, puede empezar con una cucharadita de pasta de chile tailandesa e ir aument\u00e1ndola poco a poco, probando a medida que avanza, hasta que alcance el nivel de picante deseado.&nbsp;
