Si frecuentas mucho los restaurantes tailandeses, seguro que te das cuenta de que anuncian comida reconfortante.<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentos reconfortantes<\/h2>\n<p>El khao soi es, sin duda, uno de los platos m\u00e1s sustanciosos y calientes que se pueden pedir. Buscamos algo parecido pero m\u00e1s sano pero se nos acab\u00f3 la gasolina y nos quedamos con esto para hoy. Estas cosas se expanden como varias veces su tama\u00f1o original. Prep\u00e1rate. Si descubres una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable de los fideos de huevo o un sustituto, queremos saberlo. Tambi\u00e9n utilizamos currys amarillos y rojos ya preparados en lugar de hacer nuestro propio curry. Siempre hay que vigilar el sodio en las cosas prefabricadas como \u00e9sta. Aqu\u00ed se sacrifica un poco la salud por la velocidad. No creo que sea horrible, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. Sirve los aderezos con los fideos junto al bol de curry caliente.
