Lo mejor de esta receta es la forma de marcar y marinar la carne de cerdo. Esta receta se puede hacer a la parrilla o al horno. Normalmente encontrar\u00e1s esta receta a la parrilla pero debido al grosor nuestra amiga, <a href=\"http:\/\/minchita.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minchita<\/a> horne\u00f3 esta receta. Minchita dijo que este es uno de los platos por los que es famosa. Lo hace regularmente. En realidad no mide, s\u00f3lo sabe la cantidad de ingrediente que debe a\u00f1adir. Cuando se utiliza la ra\u00edz, una ra\u00edz es suficiente y las otras partes se pueden utilizar como guarnici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>4 chuletas de cerdo medianas (ella recomienda las chuletas de cerdo con hueso de Trader Joe's) (la de nuestra foto no es de Trader Joe's)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instrucciones<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Marcar la carne de cerdo con un tenedor por delante y por detr\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Col\u00f3quelo en un recipiente y a\u00f1ada el cilantro, el ajo picado, el az\u00facar moreno de stevia, la salsa de soja baja en sodio, la salsa de soja dulce negra (ver iew dum), la salsa de ostras y la leche de coco.<\/li>\n<li>  A\u00f1ade un chorrito de salsa de pescado.<\/li>\n<li>  Si se quiere hacer a la plancha se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n 1 huevo para mantener la salsa. Si lo horneas el huevo no funciona tan bien.<\/li>\n<li>  Masajee la marinada en la carne.<\/li>\n<li>  Dejar marinar\/reposar en el refrigerador por lo menos una hora o hasta un d\u00eda idealmente.<\/li>\n<li>  Poner el horno a 400 grados.
