Mi marido me mostr\u00f3 esta receta y quer\u00eda que cocinara el salm\u00f3n que compr\u00f3&nbsp; la semana pasada.<\/p>\n<h3>Por qu\u00e9 esta receta es saludable<\/h3>\n<p>Los Omega 3 son los \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales que nuestro cuerpo puede sintetizar por s\u00ed mismo como los otros tipos de grasa.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Estos \u00e1cidos grasos son una grasa saludable que necesitamos para el metabolismo.&nbsp; Lea m\u00e1s en <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Omega-3_fatty_acid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">la wikipedia aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>A\u00f1adiendo algo de tailand\u00e9s a la receta<\/h3>\n<p>Cuando vi la receta original, intent\u00e9 adaptarla con lo que ten\u00eda en mi despensa.  &nbsp;Utilic\u00e9 salsa Sriracha para la salsa picante y la sazon\u00e9 con vinagre, salsa de pescado, Stevia y ajo en polvo.<\/p>\n<h3>La salsa<\/h3>\n<p>La salsa sali\u00f3 perfecta.  &nbsp;Es muy picante pero dulce y sabroso.  &nbsp;Cuando mi marido lleg\u00f3 a casa, le dije que probara el salm\u00f3n, y se lo termin\u00f3 todo en menos de un minuto.  &nbsp;Desde ese momento supe que era una buena receta.<\/p>\n<h3>Consideraciones para cocinar esta receta<\/h3>\n<p>Horne\u00e9 el salm\u00f3n durante 10 minutos antes de asarlo.  &nbsp;Primero, iba a asar el pescado durante unos minutos.&nbsp; unos 4 trozos<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc de taza de Sriracha<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc de taza de estevia<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vinagre<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de salsa de pescado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo<\/li>\n<li>1-2 cucharadas de cilantro picado<\/li>\n<li>cebolla verde picada;
