No he encontrado ning\u00fan lugar que haga Nam Prik Ong como ella.  <\/p>\n<p>Nam Prik Ong (\u0e19\u0e49\u0e33\u0e1e\u0e23\u0e34\u0e01\u0e2d\u0e48\u0e2d\u0e07) es una comida del norte de Tailandia. Es una salsa a base de chile seco tailand\u00e9s, tomates y carne de cerdo molida. La forma aut\u00e9ntica de servir esta salsa es acompa\u00f1arla con arroz pegajoso. Suele llevar tambi\u00e9n pieles de cerdo fritas, rodajas de pepino fresco, jud\u00edas verdes, berenjenas tailandesas y verduras al vapor como la calabaza kabocha, el br\u00f3coli chino o la col Napa.<\/p>\n<h3>Un Nam Prik Ong m\u00e1s sano<\/h3>\n<h4>La receta de la abuela<\/h4>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la receta de Nam Prik Ong de mi abuela, a ella le encantaba hacerla con un 30% de grasa de cerdo molido. Afirmaba que la grasa le daba un jugo natural a la salsa, y hac\u00eda que la comida tuviera el mejor sabor. Estaba bien con su estilo de cocina hasta que aprend\u00ed m\u00e1s sobre nutrici\u00f3n. Me he dado cuenta de que el colesterol no es mi buen amigo. Para mi receta de Nam Prik Ong, prefiero usar el pollo molido como opci\u00f3n de prote\u00edna magra para reducir el colesterol y la grasa.<\/p>\n<h4>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Hacer Nam Prik Ong es muy f\u00e1cil, lo primero que hay que preparar es cortar la pechuga de pollo en trozos peque\u00f1os. En segundo lugar, es cortar los tomates en peque\u00f1as cu\u00f1as. A continuaci\u00f3n, se hace la pasta Nam Prik Ong. Se machaca el chile seco tailand\u00e9s, las chalotas y los dientes de ajo con un mortero hasta que todo se convierta en una pasta suave. En cuanto puedas oler la fragancia de la pasta, a\u00f1ade la pechuga de pollo picada y salt\u00e9ala con la pasta. Sigue rehogando la carne, echa los trozos de tomate y coc\u00ednalos hasta que est\u00e9n blandos.
