Parece que cada vez hay m\u00e1s frutas ex\u00f3ticas en la mayor\u00eda de los supermercados. Los que encontr\u00e9 son un poco m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os que los otros mangos que compramos.<\/p>\n<h2>Preparaci\u00f3n de la miel de mango<\/h2>\n<p>Son un poco m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles de pelar y cortar. El que ten\u00edamos ten\u00eda una textura mantecosa y trat\u00e9 de cortarlo en cruz para adornarlo como en nuestro otro batido de mango. La carne era demasiado blanda y se deshac\u00eda. La buena noticia es que eso hace que el batido sea realmente cremoso. Mi esposa dijo que le gustaba la textura. La semilla interior es larga y fina, t\u00edpica de los mangos. Los pel\u00e9 y cort\u00e9 a lo largo con un cuchillo de emparejar.<\/p>\n<h2>Calcular la dosis de prote\u00ednas<\/h2>\n<p>Por lo general, se puede optar por 1,4-1,8 gramos por kilo de peso corporal. Si se quiere convertir a libras, hay 2,2 libras por kilo. S\u00f3lo tienes que dividir tu peso en libras por 2,2 y luego multiplicar por 1,6. Para 2 raciones peque\u00f1as o 1 grande, utilizamos 2 mangos miel en rodajas. He optado por la miel para endulzarlo ya que se llama mango con miel. Creo que el nombre de miel se refiere tanto al color dorado como al sabor, pero sabe delicioso. Otra ventaja de la miel es que es un edulcorante totalmente natural que supuestamente es m\u00e1s saludable que el az\u00facar. Eso es lo que dijo un fisi\u00f3logo del ejercicio en una clase que tom\u00e9 hace unos meses. El orden en que se a\u00f1aden los ingredientes a la batidora s\u00f3lo importa si se utiliza una batidora peque\u00f1a como la nuestra.<\/p>\n<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2 mangos peque\u00f1os con miel<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de hielo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de miel<\/li>\n<li>aproximadamente 1 taza de leche de coco de seda, dependiendo de lo espeso que le guste su batido.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Instrucciones:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>A\u00f1ade el mango en rodajas a la batidora.<\/li>\n<li>Seguido de la miel de hielo y el polvo.<\/li>\n<li>  Por \u00faltimo, a\u00f1adir la leche de coco y mezclar.
