Tu cuerpo necesita m\u00e1s prote\u00ednas cuando te ejercitas. La cantidad depende de su peso.<\/p>\n<h3>Calcular la dosis de prote\u00ednas<\/h3>\n<p>Por lo general, se puede optar por 1,4-1,8 gramos por kilo de peso corporal. Si se quiere convertir a libras, hay 2,2 libras por kilogramo. S\u00f3lo tienes que dividir tu peso en libras por 2,2 y luego multiplicar por 1,6. Eso es m\u00e1s o menos lo que yo usar\u00eda para mi rutina de alternar entre el levantamiento de pesas y los ejercicios de cardio. En general, la prote\u00edna de suero es la que mejor absorbe el organismo. Adem\u00e1s, se absorbe mejor si se toma justo antes de dormir. Me gusta porque tiene menos grasas saturadas. La seda tambi\u00e9n es menos viscosa y tiene el sabor a\u00f1adido de la leche de almendras. Result\u00f3 maravilloso. Se lo di a mi mujer como desayuno en la cama despu\u00e9s de haber escalado durante 2 horas la pasada noche. Lo dej\u00e9 en su mesita de noche este s\u00e1bado por la ma\u00f1ana y unos 15 minutos despu\u00e9s o\u00ed un \"\u00a1Wow!\". Tu pareja es una inversi\u00f3n a largo plazo.
