 El primer intento fue un fracaso, algo sali\u00f3 mal en el proceso de horneado.&nbsp;  Sin embargo, esta receta funciona, adem\u00e1s de que hemos calculado la cantidad de curry para que sea s\u00faper picante o poco picante.&nbsp;  Esta receta rinde aproximadamente 30 hojaldres de curry, que es una buena cantidad para una peque\u00f1a reuni\u00f3n social o como aperitivo para varias personas.<\/p>\n<h2>Encontrar ingredientes m\u00e1s saludables<\/h2>\n<p>He buscado en amazon envoltorios de wonton integrales y no he encontrado ninguno prefabricado de grano integral.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Tambi\u00e9n prob\u00e9 con whole foods y no tuve suerte.&nbsp;  Pero si buscas en Google el t\u00e9rmino hay un mont\u00f3n de blogs de comida que los est\u00e1n haciendo.&nbsp;  Probablemente sea cuesti\u00f3n de tiempo que est\u00e9n en el mercado si tanta gente se lo est\u00e1 pensando.&nbsp;&nbsp;  Mientras tanto <a href=\"http:\/\/www.awakenliving.com\/healthy-whole-wheat-wonton-wrappers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aqu\u00ed hay un enlace para una receta para hacerlos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No cambiamos mucho m\u00e1s de la receta t\u00edpica.  &nbsp;
